Currently, we deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

  1. Delivery Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after your purchase confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are up to 14 business days from dispatch.

  1. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s journey via the carrier’s website.

  1. Absence During Delivery

If you are absent during the delivery, a "missed delivery" notice will be left. You can then reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel from a designated pick-up point.

  1. Return Policy for Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt (e.g., prolonged absence, unclaimed parcel), the cost of redelivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Kindly provide photos of the damaged parcel and its contents.

In case of a lost parcel, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This process may take up to 14 business days. If the parcel is declared lost, we will offer a resolution (refund or replacement).
